I just downloaded Bitdefender yesterday. I am receiving about 4x the spam I used to, and from very bizarre sites that I have never seen. Can I do something about this?

I have seen a similar discussion here:
While I don't think that the behaviour is related to Bitdefender, as in my opinion there couldn't be a correlation and there are no signs that indicate a connection, there are a couple of steps to take that can address the spam problem. Please see @Gjoksi's previous post and also my comment from the above thread, and let us know how it goes for you.
If the spam emails continue to arrive, then please follow the above recommendation to get in touch with the Support engineers, as more information would be required, for a more efficient diagnosis.
