Trouble Connecting To Internet With Mobile Phone VPN Connected. Any Help?

I am able to surf internet without VPN. I connected to Bitdefender VPN and screen stated connection secured. I checked Wifi which was also connected on mobile phone,attempted to load a webpage with wifi connected and received a message that my networn has no internet ac es Private DNS server can not be accessed.

    Hi @N7U9K,

    I think you probably have an active custom DNS that does not go well with an active VPN connection. If you use the Google supplied DNS, it should work. Check this article for more context:

    Having said that, there are no guarantees this is the root cause and you should still get in touch with the engineers, if the problem persists.
