Why have Netgear and Bitdefender not figured out a way to sync the accounts? Armor includes a Bitdefender subscription, and the endpoint agent drastically increases the effectiveness of Armor, but Armor is incapable of recognizing the installs and subscriptions I already have through bitdefender.
Are there any product feature updates, or any plans to fix this moving forward?
It's wild to me that in 2023, two companies can have an enterprise level product partnership that's incapable of federating the accounts.
