Bitdefender Found "Trojan.AgentWDCR.AATL". Any Ideas On How To Get This Off?

Hello,

An employee recently did a full system scan and found a Trojan.AgentWDCR.AATL on his computer.

Looks to be a document from his outlook. However, I cant seem to get to that specific email.

Any ideas on how to get this off?
