Why virus defination update option not available on bitdefender Android?

All Android Mobile security has virus defination update option on their Android apps, why there is no option in bitdefender mobile security app?

Additionally, I had a conversation with one of the bitdefender mobile security developer and android malware researcher @agozob and according to him and bitdefender developers the cloud based scanning is more of a new technology which can detect pre existing and newly undetected android malware for which signature detections have still not been created.
