Firewall, sandbox not running

Hello All,,

I have a big problem installing bitdefender gravityzone business security enterprise.

1. Under the client, the firewall module cannot be started. I have tested in Windows 10 and Windows 11. They don't work.

2. Policy information is pendding state.

3. I want to explain more about Sandbox Analyzer when the status says inactive.

The reported issue should be resolved as of yesterday, I think it's the same as mentioned here: https://community.bitdefender.com/en/discussion/95670/policy-stuck-on-pending-and-never-applies#latest
