Password Manager is installed and saving usernames and generating passwords. However, when I log in to the password manager from Bitdefender Central I am not seeing the contents of the vault. Help will be gratefully accepted

Hello.

Bitdefender Password Manager is not a standalone software, like for example Kaspersky Password Manager.

It's only an extension that can be installed on Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari on both Windows and macOS, Android and iOS.

Also, Bitdefender Password Manager doesn't have the possibility to open the vault in your Bitdefender Central account, like Kaspersky Password Manager has the possibility to open your vault in My Kaspersky account:

That is the reason why you can't see the contents of the vault in your Bitdefender Central account.
