issue in reactivating the Android App following licence addition

Dear

Following the renew of my licence to Bitdefender Total Security, I am no more able to have an approved licence in the Android App.

Following many re-installations it is still impossible. May I ask your support in solving this issue that avoid me to be protected for a month.

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices and/or your payments/purchases.

So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

I have noticed that you've previously had a Total Security license that expired in April. You've purchased and activated an Internet Security license and this is valid until 2025. However, it cannot protect mobile devices, as this solution covers only Windows OS, as indicated on the product page:

The solution here would be to get in touch with the Bitdefender commercial support representatives to request an upgrade of your license to Total Security, as this package offers complete protection for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS under the same roof.

Simply choose one of the contact channels available here to submit your request:

Kindly be advised that some validity adjustments might be required when upgrading to a superior product. Otherwise, this change is free of charge and this way you won't have to place a new separate order for Mobile Security for Android.
