Spam Digest wont release the emails and comes up with error FAILED with red exclaimation mark and says failed to release from quarantine. The safe sender / domain buttons also show FAILED when clicked.

If you are using a Mac, use this analysis tool to perform a deep scan of critical system areas and attach the bdsyslog_results.zip archive to your support ticket for further troubleshooting. The engineers will take it from there and advise further.
