Total Security vs Premium Security

Question

I currently have a Total Security subscription.

The 'Offers' tab is promoting Premium Security or Premium Security Plus.

What is the difference?

I would check out this thread regarding Nord. I use Nord in a limited way, so maybe I wasn't having the same issues. But when I'm at the coffee shop doing casual web browsing, Bitdefender VPN is so quick and easy to use (I have Premium VPN) as have it set to remind me to turn it on during those times.

I have Bit Defender Total but the VPN seems to max out quickly causing my web security be at risk. The upgrade costs way more than Nord or Express. If I purchase the others, will BitDefender be compatible and thus I’ll have constant unlimited VPN ?
