Android Mobile with Total Security License?

BD Mobile Security (shows "trial") on my Subscription/MyServices/Licenses page while BD Total Security (5) and BD Premium VPN (10) both show "new". Huh?

There is no BD Total Security (Android) app on Google Play, only BD Mobile Security, despite BD Total Security stating it runs on Android. Upon initially launching BD Mobile Security on my phone (after purchasing and activating BD Total Security), I did not select the 'trial' option but instead entered the activation code immediately.

So why is BD Mobile Security on the Licenses page still show "trial" with links to 'buy'? Does the product just default to 'trial' regardless of what options you select when initially launching the app?

Bitdefender Total Security subscription includes these products:

• Bitdefender Total Security for Windows;
• Bitdefender Antivirus for macOS;
• Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android and
• Bitdefender Mobile Security for iOS.

In other words, Bitdefender Total Security relies on one licence for all operating systems.

First, log out from your Bitdefender Central account.

Next, in Bitdefender Mobile Security, click on the "More" menu and on the top of the dialog box, click on your account name, then click on "Log out of your account".

In the next dialog boxes enter your e-mail and password that you used for your Bitdefender account and subscription and click on "Sign in".

Wait a few seconds and sign in back to your Bitdefender Central account.

You could also add the Activation code directly in the Bitdefender Mobile Security app: click on the "More" menu and on the top of the dialog box, click on your account name, then click on "Add an activation code", enter the code and click on "Activate".
