What are the icon colors in the log. I see red and grey, but they both say "Malware scanner: Application $app was scanned on install and found clean" (Amazon Alexa and Proton Calendar respectively for two examples),

Hello @ersatz, this has to do with a known issue where Web Protection appears as disabled in Central, although it's enabled in Mobile Security. You haven't received a response yet because we are still waiting for a resolution for this behavior. All reports have been escalated to the development teams, as part of the ongoing investigation.
