How do I stop Bitdefender from requesting authority to update system files and apps

Every day just after I boot up my windows 10 PC bitdefender sends requests to my desktop asking for authority to make changes/updates to systems files/apps. This causes disruption to old win 7 software and games running and requires a reboot to clear it.

Hi @Boxhead,

It's hard to tell what could be the culprit based solely on the available information. Could be a bdagent update on a standard account.. Otherwise, the Support engineers should be able to advise on this one.
