Hello.
Just follow the steps from this article (Method 1 and Method 3):
As for the Web Protection (part of Bitdefender Mobile Security) blocking the site on your iPad, there is no possibility to whitelist / except the site from Web Protection's scanning, just like in Windows and macOS.
Finally, you should report the file(s) and/or the URL(s) as false positive to Bitdefender Labs here:
