VPN Pop up

Hello everyone. I keep getting this pop up from bitedefender saying secure your transaction with VPN. Is this normal and should I trust it

Open your Bitdefender program and go to Settings -> General and disable "Special offers" and "Recommendation notifications".

Also, if you have Bitdefender Premium VPN program installed on your Windows device, open the program and disable this option:

Finally, for Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android, do these steps:

1. Tap the ∴ More on the bottom navigation bar of Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android.

2. Then tap ⚙︎ Settings.

3. Turn off the Extra privacy for banking pages switch in the Web Protection pane.

I already have a vpn, but i am constantly getting a VPN warning

"Let Bitdefender VPN Protect your connection and data whenever you start a peer-to-peer file sharing app

TURN ON VPN

I've followed the directions above (disabled notifications), but still get this warning everytime I click a magnet link... its pretty annoying.
