I have the accessibility setting on and the battery set at unrestricted. The wifi is on.
Bitdefender shows Web protection is on and the phone is protected.
Bitdefender Central says Web Protection got disabled and doesn't update or change.
My specs: Samsung Galaxy A22 5G, Android 13, One UI Core 5.1, Security Patch Level April 1, 2023, BD Mobile Security 184.108.40.2061, BD Central 220.127.116.11
BD Mobile Security: Web Protection Is ON
Bitdefender Central on Android and Bitdefender Central on Mozilla Firefox: Device is PROTECTED

Try logging into Bitdefender Central, click on your device that is at risk, click on the red garbage can icon at the top right corner of that window which will remove the device from Bitdefender Central.
Go to your phone, start Bitdefender, log in and follow the prompts to make sure your settings are all good.
