Hello.

While trying to install Bitdefender or after installing Bitdefender, do you receive any error message, like: "Bitdefender Installation failed" or "Setup has encountered an error" or "Unable to connect to the server", etc.?

no it just doesnt go any further than coming up with the install message then does nothing
