I tried to change my username but it says that i don't have permission to do this.
Anyone knows how to change or where i need to make this request?

Are you trying to change your username on the forum? Or the Bitdefender account information?
The forum username can be changed by accessing your profile's 'Account & Privacy Settings', while the information displayed in Central can be updated by clicking on your profile picture on the upper right hand corner and from there go to 'Bitdefender Account' and click the 'About You' section.

@Mike_BD and @Alexandru_BD (both admins on this forum) can change your username.
I think that also the mods can change your username, but i'm not sure about that.

@kunalcool3010 your profile is private, and hence, as a moderator, I cannot check if I will be able to change your username or not. You will have to go into settings and switch your profile to public so that I can check if changing the username is possible for me. Otherwise, you will have to wait for @Alexandru_BD or @Mike_BD since they are the administrators of the forum and may be able to access your profile despite it being private

It seems that "Susie" is taken, so this is why you can't change it..
No I have the same problem as OP. It says I don't have permission. But Susie83 is fine too if that's not taken 😊
