Why is my VPN showing that I've used all of my daily data when I have yet to open it?

    In the event you have just installed the VPN app and haven't used it yet, you can simply exit the app and even reinstall it, if necessary. If the issue persists and the daily traffic limit is still unavailable, kindly contact the Support teams for further assistance and provide the engineers with the following information:

    • The OS on which the VPN is running.
    • The affected Central account.
    • If using standalone VPN or VPN in BMS.
    • Whether the problem occurs only on mobile data or only on wifi or present on both. Preferably try multiple networks.
    • App version.
