    Hi @Tramplr

    That can depend on how far along you are with your Total Security subscription.

    The best thing to do is to contact Support from the link below. Click on the Purchase and Manage Subscription option and go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free.

    Chat will be the quickest way to find out where you're at, and what they can do for you.
