The VPN does not connect.

The blue/white button pulses on gray then goes back to blue/white. That is not connected.

    Hi @Berney

    I know these couple of steps are simplistic, but..did you try a PC restart, did you right-click the taskbar icon and Exit, then on your Bitdefender UI click on the Quick Panel VPN box, or from Privacy/VPN Open VPN and see if that resolves it?

    If that doesn't work, you could try one of the steps in this article, or just uninstall VPN from apps, and redownload it from your Central account (the BD Dashboard/VPN may also reinstall it from there).
