Problem disconnect external eSATA Disc

Hi Community,
i am running Bitdefender since month. Coming from Kaspersky (2022). When running my weekly backup to external HHD, connected via eSATA to HDD Docking Station, it`s not possibly to stop the external drive via "Offline" in disk management and "disable Drive" in "Disk drives" of the computer management....the PC (Win10 2021 LTSC) is freezing after trying stop the drive...when disable Antivirus in BD all works fine
Any ideas ?
