BDCoreIssues process, high CPU

I've searched extensively about a problem i'm having for years with Bitdefender Mac and I can't find a recent topic about it here. The last posts I saw associated with this process date back to 2011 and 2016.

The problem is that this process is taking +100% of one CPU core, 24/24 7/7, even after multiple reinstalls on the last 3 MacOS versions and on 4 very recent Apple computers (MacPro Intel / MacStudio M2 / MacBookPro16 M1).

Even after turning off Bitdefender the issue continues. The only fix I found when I needed all the cores was to uninstall Bitdefender, and that's not acceptable.... Help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks

    I think that the best option for you is to contact Bitdefender Consumer Support, as the support engineers could take a deeper look at the issue, so do the steps below.

    First, take screenshot(s) of the issue

    and create a log file on your MacOS device using BDProfiler, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:

    with short description of the issue.

    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.

    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.

    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.

    Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
