Bitdefender VPN do not connected to any location

Three days ago I installed ExpressVPN (Subscription) but when I launch it keep asking reboot..... I thought maybe ExpressVPN is not good for my Windows 10 (laptop HP Spectre x360 Convertible intel i7-75000) so I paid and installed Bitdefender VPN bundled with Bitdefender Premium Security subsciption two days ago. I tried connecting to random locations but it didn't work either.

But both ExpressVPN & BitdefenderVPN works on my samsung s20 ultra device. I tried different wifi connections on my laptop (my apartment wifi, samsung hotspot, iphone hotspot) both still won't work. I don't know how to fix it. I've subscribed both for 1 year already but useless!!!

I don't know what to do. I am hopeless...Please anyone can help me?

    Hi @sonsteven

    I would uninstall Express VPN from your laptop, restart your device and see if Bitdefender will connect.

    You can also see if anything in this article helps.

    From experience, I've found that there are some VPNs that don't get along on the same device, they can break each other (a Windows 10 Desktop PC in my case). You may even need to uninstall BD VPN from Apps and reinstall it again through the Bitdefender desktop app VPN Quick Action Panel on the Dashboard, or through Privacy/VPN open VPN, and see if that helps.

  • I did uninstalled both vpn and restarted windows...when I tried installing BD vpn then showed up message "Bitdefender VPN encountered an error and disabled...Please restart your device and try again..." !!!!

    @sonsteven it sounds like it's time to contact support, so they can go deeper into what may be causing the issue than we can here on the forum.

    Go through the How To's and Troubleshooting prompts until reach the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat can be the fastest way to get things started.
