BitDefender high memory usage

Please add exit application button i only have 4gb of ram and your services use about ~ 700mb of ram and my laptop is really lagging

What version of Bitdefender are you running? Also, the amount of ram can vary, I've had it down to 195 then at other times as high as 510mb of ram. I have 12GB of ram on this Windows 11 notebook. See if this article helps:

Also, 4GB of ram is not really conducive to running BD efficiently, even though the below shows BD can run on 2GB of ram, that is the minimum, I would consider 6-8GB of ram to be more ideal on a Windows device.
