Can't login into easeus.com through chrome or portable browser

Hello friends. This is my first post and I hope I'm posting it in the correct forum.

I can't access easeus.com on my computer with latest chrome and portable firefox browsers.

I can access it on my phone using the same router via wifi.

I added easeus.com to Bitdefender's Online Threat Prevention exceptions, But it didn't helped.

Help would be appreciated. Thank you

    No, I am trying the main easeus site : www.easeus.com

    I don't use Bitdefender vpn on my devices and also not using the anti tracker chrome extension.

    Just did a test and the website works fine for me, without any problems.

    Same on my end, no problem with the page and with Anti-Tracker enabled. Maybe try Edge to see if that will load the page, or disable any other ad blocker that may be installed on Chrome? Clear Chromes history, etc or reset it?

  • Thank you guys for testing this. Edge also doesn't load the site. I will try support chat and will update.

  • I chatted with support and tried :

    1. changing DNS to google DNS
    2. Clean browsers cache and cookies
    3. ran winpe boot iso and tried to access the site from opera browser
    4. replaced my router
    5. removed bitdefender with uninstall tool provided by support

    None of this helped and I gave up, But at least I'm happy to inform that bitdfender wasn't the cause.

  • Just figure that the problem was hosts.ini file that I've edited in the past.

    I've deleted the proper line and now it works.
