I've installed bitdefender antivirus on my windows 10 desktop pc and my internet speed is slowing down, what should I do?

By internet speed, do you mean how fast, or slow the webpages are loading? Are you using the free version of the VPN?

The internet is too slow, the speed drops by half when I use ant virus... I use the paid version of the program.
i wanted to be able to use my normal net at full speed without uninstalling ant virus.

There are two things we can check. First, disable the Firewall and see if that helps. I'm assuming that you have Internet Security or Total Security which includes a Firewall module.
Otherwise, on the left-hand side of the app Dashboard, go to Protection, Online Threat Prevention and disable all the modules, then restart your browser and see if that helps. If so, enable them one at a time so we can narrow it down as to what may be causing the issue. If you have Anti-tracker enabled in your browser extensions, disable that, and see if that helps.
