Email undetected by security engine

I have an email that should have easily been detected as phishing but was NOT.

1. Is there a way to test how this made it through the engine?
2. And can I submit it to a database for others?

For this case you will have to reach out to our Enterprise Support Team and share the suspicious email with them in order to be analyzed by our Labs. They will be able to tell you exactly why it was not detected.
