System has been blocked

Hi,

I am connecting with OpenVPN and try to access share directory, but Bitdefender firewall block the action and the following message appear : "System has been blocked System"

When firewall is diable, I can access share directory throught OpenVpn.

Moreover, I can not add an exception rule because there isn"t any informations about process....

How can i fix this problem ?
