lost "central" on computer

Hello, please help! Some tech savvy (most definitely not me!) person inadvertently lost my Bitdefender Central "go to" icon and any way to access my account. I therefore cannot access my account to see notifications, fix problems, scan etc. Can someone assist me in a VERY EASY way to reinstall this feature, as I need my grandkids for so much on these machines!
