Disable 2 Factor Authentication

My account with another email cannot login because suddenly asked for 2 FA.

As long as I remember, I never setup for 2FA.

I just know about this 2FA when i want to use my recent purchase of bitdefender VPN.

Now I cannot login to my central and cannot use VPN.

Please help to disable 2 FA and I will setup 2FA again with my phone. Thank you.
