I purchased a further year of Total Security. I went to Central to register the update but in my subscriptions it is only showing the 159 days I still had to go on my old subscription.

Why wont the new subscription show in addition to the 159 days. Have I done something wrong?

Help would be appreciated.

    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> Update Subscription -> Bitdefender Total Security, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

    Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.

    Hello @Gainas and thanks for joining us here.

    Based on my findings, you have a Bitdefender Total Security license valid until October 2024. If this validity is not displayed in your Central account, try to logout and login once again and do the same using the Switch account feature in Bitdefender, to "refresh" your subscription.
