Bitdefender blocks sending of screenshots

I am attempting to send a screenshot of an item that I want to purchase under Alibaba's website but unsuccessful. It's only when I disabled all protections under "Online Threat Prevention" that I been able to send screenshots.

  • Disabling "Encrypted web scan" solved the issue. I can't add the website to exceptions because I need protection from phishing. Now I don't know what I'm missing by disabling this feature.

    As far as I know, the only available screenshot protection is the one in Safepay. Did you use the secure browser to access that page? Otherwise, I think it's a task for the Support teams to further investigate.
