A dept of R1399.99 was collected on 27 October 2023 from my Debt Vis Card. What was that for? My renewal date is 21 July 2024.

Based on my findings, you have a Total Security subscription set to renew automatically in July 2024.
Are you aware of any other subscriptions that you may have, for example Mobile Security or any separate Bitdefender orders, apart from the antivirus? As Gjoksi said above, the best way to find out exactly what the charge is for is to get in touch with the Support teams, as this is the only purchase I could find.
