    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Hello @Rittie Smit and welcome to the Community!

    Based on my findings, you have a Total Security subscription set to renew automatically in July 2024.

    Are you aware of any other subscriptions that you may have, for example Mobile Security or any separate Bitdefender orders, apart from the antivirus? As Gjoksi said above, the best way to find out exactly what the charge is for is to get in touch with the Support teams, as this is the only purchase I could find.
