New Install - Pop up settings?

Windows/Goggle Browser. Previously cleared my cache to resolve some access problems. I now have another problem. Example: Costco website, when attempting to search/select for nearby stores the "find a warehouse" function after entering my zip code returns with unable to find.... many locations nearby, this was not a problem with my previous security software. This occurs with Bitdefender Shield turned on or off. I do not have Bitdefender pop ups announcing a blocked site or asking to allow pop ups for this website. Location searches for Home Depot, banks, grocery stores all work fine.

Just did a test on my laptop:

As you can see from the screenshots, the "Find a Warehouse" function works without any problems on both Mozilla Firefox (picture 1 and 2) and Microsoft Edge (picture 3 and 4).

Did you have Bitdefender Anti-Tracker extension installed and used on your Chrome browser when the issue occured?

And did you have Bitdefender VPN or other VPN product installed and used on your device when the issue occured?

Because some website don't function properly with anti-tracker extensions and VPN products.

Thank you for your informative responses, they were very helpful. I was able to achieve correct function of the Costco search by turning off the anti-tracker extension. (No VPN use.)
