@B_Savkovic I have noticed the Support representatives replied on 1008817622 roughly 16 hours ago and you've also responded since. The cases will be most likely merged and the agent will get back to you shortly. Please refrain from opening multiple tickets on the same inquiry as this won't help speed up the resolution, on the contrary, it may double the work and processing time.
Keep in mind that the usual response timeframe may vary between 24 to 48 hours depending on the existing workload and business hours. But rest assured you will hear back from them soon.
