Cannot read properties of undefined when opening Password Manager in Chrome

Hi,

When I click the Password Manager icon in Chrome a window opens and after a few seconds I get the following message:

OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed

Installed On 18.01.2023

OS Build 19045.3693

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0

BD Password Manager 1.3.0 On Google Chrome 119.0.6045.160 x64

Just did a test on my laptop and here's the result:

As you can see from the screenshot, BD Password Manager works fine for me, without any problems.

You could try the uninstall/reinstall process, by following the steps from these articles:
