I have to say I feel a bit let down by Bitdefender this year.
I received no 7 day warning or confirmation of auto renewal so now discover from my bank statement that have been charged full price of £74.99.
I have used Bitdefender Total Security for several years now (quite happily) and always stop auto renewal to benefit from discounted prices (even though it is not easy to find out where to do it).
This year I thought I had disabled it, but obviously not. It seems very unfair to charge full price with no warning or notification. I think the auto renew process could be revised so that you get the option to opt out permanently.
As it's only 4 days since it renewed, I considered claiming a refund, then purchasing again at the discounted price, but wasn't sure that would work. Is there anything you can do about this?
