Website delisting requests - Bitdefender Total Security

We have been mandated by our client to check and correct the security concerns for the following sites:

- https://s-n2-73-53.itsense.xyz/s-n2-73-53-phpmyadmin/js/messages.php
The cleanings and corrections being made, we want to have our client's sites delisted.
Can you unlist their sites ?
