How to contact a human about a billing error

Bitfender customer is horrifically bad. I have a simple issue with my physical billing address and not only can I not change that address online anywhere, but I don't see any way to contact customer support. Does anyone know how to get ahold of a human about billing concerns??

    You should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> Update Billing Details -> Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

    That's the Support page for 2Checkout (formerly Avangate, now Verifone), the payment processor of products and services sold on the official Bitdefender website. But I think the Support representative should have also indicated that you can update the billing information yourself by accessing your 2Checkout account, which is created automatically when you place the first order through the Bitdefender page. It’s a secured platform that centralizes all shopping activity for users who have purchased software from Bitdefender.
