Sign in Hangs on blank screen - El Capitan 10.11.6

I am adding Bitdefender to my older MBP 2010 which is limited to OS El Capitan 10.11.6.

After installing, it wants me to sign into my account. When I click sign in, pop up screen comes up but it is blank and never turns into anything.

I have rebooted, reinstalled, etc and cant break this behavior.

When I go to that site, it says Antivirus for MAC requires 10.10 or higher which I meet:

So this leads to me think I should be able to get it working?

If you choose email support, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Kindly generate and attach the following logs to the ticket for macOS:

If the generated logs are large, you can upload them to Google Drive or WeTransfer (with a 7-day link validity for free users).
