Hello,

Safepay is an integrated feature of the Bitdefender home solution for windows and you can't "get rid of it", technically speaking. However, you can easily disable it and turn off its notifications. Check this article for more information:

I have uninstalled Bitdefender, rebooted, uninstalled Bitdefender Agent, rebooted, but the SafePay service is still installed. How do I get rid of this???

SafePay is an integrated part of the Bitdefender home solution, so it cannot be separated from it, but it can be disabled in the event you don't require this type of protection. The uninstall tool will help remove any traces of Bitdefender on your device, thus this means that you will be uninstalling the product completely, and when you reinstall it, SafePay will become available again, just like the other security modules present in the UI.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question here..?
