    If yes, why should I get in touch with support?

    Any query I have can be posted here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem or has an answer.

    I appreciate your advice, but I think I can wait to hear from someone else.

If the query can be easily resolved, the solution is provided instantly with the necessary Bitdefender support articles available on Bitdefender help pages.
