Content web policy

Can somebody help me? I have a BitDefender Graviti Zone admin user, but I cannot see/edit web content other than what is allowed or blocked in any of the policies I have implemented. Anyone know what might be happening? I used to see those options so I could edit them, but now they no longer appear.

There has been an update to the console where the Web rules list found in Content Control > Web Access Control Settings > Web Categories Filter has been moved under Policies > Configuration Profiles > Web Access Control Scheduler > Category Scheduler.
