Netflix not connecting via VPN

I ave been connecting to Netflix via Bitdefender VPN for over a year and I have been able to connect to netflix from different country.

from around the 9th Jan 2024 when connected any country i get the message "This site can’t be reached" on chrome. I have also tried on Edge, Firefox. and similiter message.


When trying connecting to the app I get the following message.

""Sorry, there was a problem communicating with Netflix. Please try again. (H3-U7135-1101)"


Looking for suggestions.

    Hello @wdsatr,

    This behavior may be caused either by a particular Netflix library that you are trying to access, that's blocking the VPN connection, but also by various things like adblocker and antitracker. If you have one of these installed, kindly deactivate them and try again.

    Does it happen on just one network or on mobile data too? Have you tried another device to see if you get the same error?
