How do I unlock my android?

I recently created finger print access, I was not awarw that after 72 hours, I have to open mt phone using a password. I have been asked for a Bitdefender Password which I do not have. I am not now able to use my phone.

You should get a hold of Support from the link below. Go through the prompts until reach the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat can be the quickest way to get things started.

I'm having problem too,forgot my pin number can't open my fb account

my phone was lost I put a code on with a message. Someone found the phone, turned it in to a store. I brought my phone home and tried the pin I put in, did not work. It is asking for a password??? I have no idea what password its looking for as I did not put on on the phone.

I am hoping I do not have to do factory resent. can my phone be unlocked?
