Can't access VPN to connect

Hello @AntiAds and welcome to the community.
The upgrade recommendation shoud have a button to dismiss it. You can also right-click on the VPN icon in the systray and click 'Connect':
My hypothesis concerning this message is that you have either already used that 200 MB quota, or you've just installed Bitdefender VPN for the first time and received an upgrade recommendation. A restart after reinstall should suppress this message and it's usually recommended to reboot your device after clean installation of software.
