Beside the information requested in the ticket, please also provide the logcollector logs.

Please follow these steps to gather them:

sudo su
apt-get install gz-logcollector -yq
logcollector enablearrakis
#try to download the package again
logcollector all save
logcollector disablearrakis

You can than upload the information to https://upload.bitdefender.net/ where you will have to insert the case number so the logs are attached directly to the support case.
