Can't install Bitdefender Password Manager extension for Firefox I get an error.

When trying to install Bitdefender Password Manager extension for Firefox (122.0.1) I get an error message: "Unfortunately this add-on is not available in private browsing mode." However, I'm not in a private window when this happens and have turned off Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

I know the extension doesn't work in a private window on Firefox, but you should be able to use it in normal mode. Try to reset your browser, reboot your device, reinstall the extension and see if that helps. If not, head to the link below to request further assistance from the Bitdefender Support teams:

Scroll down to state your contact reason, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
