My kid, who is always on gaming sites, now has 2 malware extensions that i can not remove. Bitdefender is not detecting them. How do I get rid of these.
I did all those things to no avail. Ultimately I searched for the extension IDs in regedit and deleted all references to them. That did the trick.

Thanks. It appears to be resolved. A bit disappointed that this malware slips past BD undetected. Hopefully, future update fixes that.
